Most of us start a New Year with good intentions of making some positive changes.  Some of us want to make better choices in how we spend our time and/or our money.  Some of us want to do things that are better for our health. Some of us want to improve our personal relationships or our professional lives. Some of us want to change it all!  No matter what you want to improve (for yourself or your children), I will give you some clear guidelines to setting (and keeping) goals that have proven important for the success of many of my clients.
